Proud owner a ’17 SS (the orange ones have the fastest! It’s a joy to ride it. A lifelong dirt-biker. Long-time quad owner (Grizzly 700), the change to a “cage”, was inevitable. So I brought this YXZ home, and made a few minor modifications. I was able to get a great deal on a Graves flash and pipe, and installed some Armor harnesses. My riding weller racing has been mostly in the high desert mountains, on old mining roads that were “widened” and single-tracked. The suspension was harsh from the very first ride. My wife didn’t like it so she wouldn’t be able to ride with me “going wild man”.
So I began to look on the internet and this Forum for great products for the YXZ. Many are more expensive than others and Reebok Hockey Skates many have different opinions on the best way to tune the suspension. It was also important to me that my YXZ cannot be fit in the toy hauler’s width. A widened long-travel system was therefore not an option.
